Choose from Seafood, Chicken & Chorizo, and Vegetarian/Vegan paella — finished with fresh herbs, lemon and that irresistible socarrat crunch.     Paella Catering FAQs

    Do you create a crust on the base of the Paella?

    We certainly do! One of the most common questions we get asked is how we cook our Paella — and the answer is: the traditional Spanish way. We carefully set the paella over heat to form the much-loved crust on the bottom, known as the socarrat.

    Over the years, we've found that for many of our guests, this caramelised, crunchy rice crust is their absolute favourite part of the dish. We take pride in serving authentic paella with the perfect socarrat every single time.

    Many of our customers love to round out their event with some delicious entrées and a sweet finish. Some popular additions include:
