Guests watch noodles tossed for longevity, dumplings folded for prosperity and seasonal stir-fries finished hot to order.
Our menus can feature classics like longevity noodles, dumplings, bao, ginger–shallot stir-fries, fried rice and festive sweets. We happily cater for vegan, vegetarian, dairy-free, nut-free and gluten-free (coeliac) needs, and all meats are halal certified. We can also align service to auspicious times, provide red-lantern styling accents and coordinate with lion dance or entertainment schedules, so your celebration flows beautifully from welcome to farewell.
