Build a flavour-packed spread: butter chicken, tikka masala, veggie korma, dal, biryani and naan — plus street-style chaat, mango lassi stations and sweet treats like black rice & mango pudding. We happily cater for vegan, vegetarian, dairy-free, nut-free and gluten-free (coeliac) needs, and all meats are halal certified.
We’ll map service around colour throws and water zones, design easy guest flow, and keep hot food landing right when people need it. Compact setups, clear labelling, fast lines and quick pack-down — all the energy of Holi, none of the stress.
