We cater for birthday parties of 30 to 500+ guests. Whether it's an intimate backyard gathering or a large venue celebration, we have the team and equipment to handle it.
Absolutely. We bring everything we need — our mobile wok stations, gas, equipment, and serving staff. As long as there's a flat surface and reasonable access, we can cook live at your home.
Our birthday catering menus start from $22.00 per person for canapés and desserts, through to $29.95 per person for our Deluxe BBQ. The minimum spend for live-cooked events is $2,000. Contact us for a personalised quote.
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weekend dates which fill up fast. We can sometimes accommodate last-minute bookings — give us a call on 1300 009 657 to check availability.

If it’s “John’s 40th Birthday,” that’s exactly what the board will say, proudly welcoming your guests as they arrive. The board clearly lists all the dishes you’ve selected, along with any dietary requirements (such as Gluten-Free or Vegan), adding a professional and highly personalised touch to your venue or home setup.

25 YEARS OF MEMORIES
There is a reason why families book us time and time again. We frequently have clients call us saying, “I was at Jenny’s 21st, and I want the exact same thing!” We’ve had countless occasions where we cater a 21st for an older sibling, and years later we are back cooking for the younger sibling’s milestone because they wanted the same amazing Flying Woks experience. It’s happened dozens and dozens of times.
One story that stands out: we catered a husband’s 50th birthday in Caulfield, and the experience clearly left a lasting impression. Ten years later, his wife called us to cater her 60th birthday — they had waited a full decade to recreate the whole Flying Woks experience all over again. That same family has now booked us for three functions in total, and that pattern is far from unusual.
